Pamela M. Joseph, a native of Newark, first received this vision in 2003, however God used the next thirteen years to prepare her through biblical study, prayer, fasting and life experience. She was licensed to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ in October 2000 and was ordained as a minister of the gospel in August 2009. She has earned degrees in Biblical Studies from Eastern Bible Institute and Lighthouse Bible College in BeBe, Arkansas. Pamela holds a Doctorate of Religious Education from Christian Outreach Bible Institute in Fayetteville, North Carolina and has received numerous certificates. 

Minister Pamela Joseph is an anointed preacher and teacher of biblical truths and is passionate about teaching through the power of the Holy Spirit so that lives are changed. She is transparent in her messages as she uses her life experiences to assist others in becoming transparent and vulnerable before God. Her personal experiences interwoven with her sense of humor and wisdom are key in assisting others make direct application of biblical truths to their lives. 

Pamela grew up in a family of givers and is no stranger to helping those in need. She has served the people of God in food pantries, shelters and the streets of Newark. All of this further developed her passion of Outreach. Pamela is humbled that God would allow her to give birth to this great work that serves as an extension of His love for all people.
